I am a fully qualified Mobile Holistic Therapist and Reiki Teacher. I have achieved diploma status with the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies (IIHHT) and am a Fellow of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) which means that I have achieved the required qualifications and experience for senior membership. I am also a member of the International Federation of Health and Beauty Therapists (MIFHB) and the Association of Therapy Lecturers (ATLM). Members of these organisations are required to be fully covered for insurance purposes and are required to undertake continuous study to ensure the safety and well being of their clients.

I   qualified in 1997 and since then I have continued my studies and personal   development in the holistic, healing and spiritual fields. During this time I have gathered a wealth of experience and working knowledge in the therapy industry. I have run my own business for a number of years. I started off by working within a hairdressing salon in Killay, Swansea. After working there for 2 years I approached the prestigious 5 Star Fairyhill Hotel, Gower with a view to offering a self-employed holistic and beauty treatment service for the residents of the hotel. This service proved to be very popular with the guests and continues to thrive.

I have also worked alongside Physiotherapists at the Great Britain Swim Masters meet at the National Pool of Wales, where pre and post swim massages were administered to the competitors. I have also been involved in promotional work with the Therapy Agency to raise awareness of the benefits of Indian Head massage.

After 3 years of working at the hotel I decided to leave in order to devote more time to running the mobile service and teaching Holistic and Reiki courses.
